Schools who want to pay for students using a Purchase Order can have a student activated and enrolled in 48 hours or less.

The school will designate a school contact person’s email address to receive all automated       emails concerning enrolled and completed students.
The school contact’s name, title, email address, telephone and fax number will be entered       in the database.
The contact person will receive an electronic email each time a student’s registration has been completed.
The school contact will review the course/s for accuracy. If the wrong course is selected, then the contact will email us to make the correction.
The student receives an electronic email with the name and section of the course. The student will disregard any payment details since the school will be paying by a Purchase Order.

The Student Management System will Auto Enroll Students in                                    Courses after Payment Has Been Received
You can view your student enrollments by following the steps:
1. Go to www.njvs.org
2. Click orange button Login
3. Please log in to MAESTRO for Guidance Counselors/ Administrators
4. Enter the school username and password.
5. Click Students
6. Locate “Status”, scroll to Active

will have all students and grades. Click Run.

A listing of all past and current students will appear. Change status to “Active.”
